Things To Know:

• All lift tickets are added to a Go Card for direct-to-lift RFID access. You can assign your tickets to your existing Go Card if you have one, or you will be issued a new card with your tickets loaded upon arrival if you do not have one.
• Online lift ticket purchases are non-refundable, non-transferable, and date-specific.
• Full-day lift tickets are available for single day or consecutive multi-day purchases.
• Changes in arrival date are possible with our Easy Change policy, but higher rates may apply. See sundayriver.com/easy-change

For ages 2.5 to 13, we offer small class sizes to maximize their time on snow with lessons grouped by age and ability. | Sunday River's SnowSports School keeps group lessons small to ensure a safe and fun time on the slopes, and groups kids by their age and ability.

Mini Munchkin & Munchkin Lessons

Ages 2.5-5 & 6-7

Ski lessons only. All lessons are a full day except for the First Experience lesson for ages 2.5-3. Please note that lift tickets and rental equipment are not included.

Meisters Lessons

Ages 8-13

Ski or snowboard lessons available. All lessons are a full day. Please note that lift tickets and rental equipment are not included.

Location & Drop-Off

Lessons are based out of South Ridge base area. Walk through the tunnel at the center of the lodge and take a right and walk toward the fire pit when you reach the slopes. Drop-off ends at 9:15AM. Your child must be checked-in, have their equipment, and be ready to go on snow by this time. Late arrivals may be denied enrollment. Pickup for half day lessons are at 12:00PM and full day pickup is between 3:00pm and 3:15pm.

Join in on the adventure with Sunday River's rental equipment, providing a comprehensive selection of recreational equipment including Ski and Snowboard Equipment for both adults and children of every ability level.

The recreational rental package is geared towards entry-level to intermediate skiers. The Head BYS boot is paired with the Head BYS ski so that the soft flexing boot matches a ski that is easier to turn.  

Location and Pick Up.

Rentals can be picked up at the South Ridge Rental Shop, located at the South Ridge lodge, you can pick up your rentals 30 minutes before lifts open. The rental shop closes 30 minutes after lifts shut down for the evening. Equipment can be dropped off at the same location as pickup.

Additional Information:

Damage waivers are optional, but guests opting out must provide a credit card when renting equipment.

For ages 14 and up, we offer group ski and snowboard lessons for every skillset from advanced beginners to experts. | Whether you're getting out on snow for the first time or taking your skills to the next level, Sunday River's SnowSports School offers several levels of group lessons for a safe and fun experience.

Lessons aren't just for kids! Our adult ski and snowboard lessons are built to fit your needs on the slopes. From guided advanced beginner lessons to refresher classes for expert skiers, our team of professional instructors are here to make your time on the mountain easy and fun while also helping you to grow your skills. First timers: we recommend our First Experience lesson.

Groups will be divided according to skill level.

Adult group lesson dates and times are subject to availability.

Our peak pricing is valid on weekends and selected holiday dates- December 21-31, January 18-20, and February 15-23
