Part of the purchasing agreement is the acknowledgement that you understand Sunday River Resort’s Preferred Parking Policy. Please review some important information below and at check out.
The Preferred Parking Pass is non-transferable
Guests may not resell the Preferred Parking Pass. Doing so would result in being removed from the Preferred Parking List.
If a guest forgets their Preferred Parking Pass, they may go to Guest Services, located at the South Ridge Lodge, for a Temporary Pass.
Temporary passes are available at $10 per day and are valid for one day. Temporary passes will only be given to guest who purchased original pass and are only good for the lot purchased. Photo ID is required to pick up Temporary Pass and must be returned to the Welcome Center at the end of each day.
Lost Passes must be reported to Guest Services where a new pass will be replaced for $50.
Preferred Parking is open from 7AM – 1PM on weekends and holidays. Each Preferred Parking lot will have a parking attendant on site during those hours.
Parking Passes are valid starting November 16th 2024 through the end of season 2025.
The Preferred Parking Pass is only valid for the lot it was purchased for.
